As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen email security, we are implementing a crucial update to our email filtering system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Starting from August 7, 2023, we will be enhancing our email security measures by strictly enforcing SPF (Sender Policy Framework) checks on all incoming emails.<\/strong> SPF is an email validation protocol designed to detect and prevent email spoofing, ensuring that emails are sent from legitimate sources and reducing the risk of phishing and spam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does this mean for you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If an incoming email fails the SPF check, it will be flagged as spam by our system.<\/strong> These flagged emails will be moved to your junk folder, reducing the chances of potential malicious content reaching your inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand that flagged emails may occasionally come from legitimate senders who fail the SPF check. To ensure that emails from known senders land directly in your inbox, we recommend <strong>whitelisting trusted sender email addresses or domains on your Global Email Rules<\/strong>.
