National Email Day Referral Reward’s Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   • This promotion is valid from 23 April 2026 until 31 December 2026. Referrals must place their order within this period to qualify.
2. Eligibility
   • This promotion is open to existing customers with an active Email Hosting plan.
   • This promotion is not applicable to Reseller accounts.
3. Referral Requirement
   To qualify for the reward:
   • The referred user must sign up as a new customer for an Email Hosting plan with Lookafter during the Promotion Period.
   • The referred user must enter the referrer’s business email address in the “Referrer” field on the order form.
   • The order must be successfully completed and paid.
   • The referred user must be a new customer. Self-referrals or referrals within the same company may not qualify.
4. Reward
   • Eligible referrers will receive a 10% discount on the next renewal of their Email Hosting plan, with maximum discount capped at RM200.
5. Usage Conditions
   • The discount is valid for Email Hosting plan renewal only.
   • The discount is not applicable to domain registration, domain renewal, reseller plans, or other services.
   • The discount is valid for one-time use only.
   • The discount is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
   • The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing.
   • Each discount can only be used once per renewal invoice.
6. Validity of Reward
   • The reward is valid for 1 year from the date the referral order is confirmed. Expired rewards will not be extended.
7. Multiple Referrals
   • Multiple referrals are allowed.
   • Each successful referral qualifies for one reward.
   • Only one reward can be applied per renewal invoice.
   • Each domain is entitled to redeem one reward only under this promotion.
8. Right to Verification
   • We reserve the right to verify all referrals and reject any referral that is incomplete, invalid, or suspected of abuse.
9. Changes to Promotion
   • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice if necessary.
